Virtualizable wherever you need it

Run it on AWS, Google Cloud (or another cloud) or right on the customer's infrastructure. The choice is yours! The architecture follows:

  • DBS (Database Server) centralizes the platform's data.
  • CS (Communication Server) — one or N servers where the SIP accounts connect. Horizontal scaling.
  • PABX Node installed at the end customer (e.g., a public agency, a hospital), with local autonomy even behind NAT.
  • BS-Media stores and manages the customers' recordings, with rotation policies.
