2. What data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide in the scheduling form:
- Name;
- Company;
- Phone / WhatsApp;
- E-mail;
- Profile and interest (ISP, carrier, product, etc.);
- Any message you choose to send.
The website may also collect browsing data (such as IP address and pages visited) if measurement tools are active.
3. How we use it
The data is used solely to make commercial contact and schedule the requested meeting. When you submit the form, you are directed to Saper's WhatsApp with the data you filled in, and it is up to you to confirm the message.
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on your consent and on the legitimate interest in responding to your request (art. 7, I and IX, of the LGPD).
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. It may pass through services necessary for contact — such as WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) — subject to those providers' own policies.
6. Retention
We keep the data for as long as necessary for the commercial relationship or until you request its deletion, except where there is a legal obligation to retain it.
7. Your rights
