Saper Academy does two things, and does them well: it delivers courses on telephony and voice and supports special projects. The courses are online, with an in-company option. When the challenge is out of the ordinary, we get in there with you.

Two levels per platform: the Essential gets the operation up and running; the Advanced takes you to advanced engineering and assumes the knowledge of the Essential level — not necessarily acquired through our course.

Not every challenge fits into a course. For those cases, the Academy offers dedicated support for your project — alongside people who know the platform from the inside.

The Essential level starts from scratch — even those who have never touched Linux or telephony can follow along. The Advanced level does not cover the Essential content: mastering that level is indispensable — not necessarily through our course.
The Essential level gets the operation up and running: you leave installing and operating. The Advanced level focuses on advanced engineering and does not repeat the Essential content — that's why having that knowledge beforehand is indispensable (not necessarily through our course).
