Those who run it learn from those who build it

Saper Academy does two things, and does them well: it delivers courses on telephony and voice and supports special projects. The courses are online, with an in-company option. When the challenge is out of the ordinary, we get in there with you.

What the Academy does

Two fronts, one goal: your team mastering the operation

Course content

What you learn in each course

Two levels per platform: the Essential gets the operation up and running; the Professional takes you to advanced engineering and assumes the knowledge of the Essential level — not necessarily acquired through our course.

Special projects

When the project breaks the mold, we get in there with you

  • Migrations Delicate transitions handled without losing calls or customers.
  • Architecture Designing the solution to grow with stability and security.
  • Integrations Connecting telephony to the systems your operation already uses.
  • Assisted deployment Close follow-up until the operation runs smoothly.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about the courses

In which language are the courses taught?

In Portuguese or Spanish, depending on the class. The language is defined with you when the class is set up — including for in-company training.

Are the courses online or on-site?

They are live online, with a real-time instructor. Private (in-company) classes can be online or on-site, on your team's schedule.

Do I need prior experience?

The Essential level starts from scratch — even those who have never touched Linux or telephony can follow along. The Professional level does not cover the Essential content: mastering that level is indispensable — not necessarily through our course.

What is the difference between Essential and Professional?

The Essential level gets the operation up and running: you leave installing and operating. The Professional level focuses on advanced engineering and does not repeat the Essential content — that's why having that knowledge beforehand is indispensable (not necessarily through our course).

Can I train just my team (in-company)?

Yes. We tailor the content for your team, online or on-site, in the language and at the pace that make sense for your operation.

Do I have to pay for the Softswitch SPX and PABX SPX Business training?

The Essential level of these products is free and already included in the Saper customers' subscription — highly recommended for any system administrator. The Professional level is the optional, paid deep dive.

Do the courses come with a certificate?

Yes. All Saper Academy courses issue a certificate of completion.

How do I sign up?

Get in touch through the Schedule a meeting button or via WhatsApp. We'll put together the ideal plan and share pricing, upcoming classes and format.

Shall we train your team?

Tell us about your team's profile or your project's challenge. We'll put together the ideal plan — course or tailor-made support.
